Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions
Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs) are restrictions on the use of real estate in a community association, recorded by the developer of a community association in the land records office in the city or county in which the real estate is located. CC&Rs are binding on all successive owners. When the CC&Rs that govern the use of property are violated, Vision Management sends out violation notices to unit owners. Violation histories are tracked for each unit and reported monthly to the Board. Vision Management stays up-to-date on laws affecting violations and has experience in working toward viable solutions for the unit owner and Association. Should formal legal action become necessary, Vision Management works with several law firms and can assist the Board in the hiring of counsel and serving as a liaison as the case develops. |
